Tax Management and Reporting• Handle all tax-related matters, including tax declarations, filings, and issue resolutions. Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, and government organizations.• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax-related issues efficiently.4. Financial Management• Oversee cash management functions, including both incoming and outgoing cash flows. Ensure liquidity and financial stability with effective management.• Assist management with corporate financial planning and collaborate closely with the Head Quarter to align financial strategies and objectives.5. Team Leadership and Development• Delegate tasks effectively and oversee day-to-day accounting operation. • Lead and manage the accounting department, including coaching and developing the subordinates to enhance performance and professional growth.• Monitor accounting activities to ensure adherence to accounting rules and regulations.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Collaborate with other departments within the company and cross-functional teams, including the group company, to support business, accounting process improvements, operational best practices, and initiative projects.7.
