Job Description
-Communicating with our international network via email and calls
-Data encoding
-Online Reservation Management
-Process bookings via email
-Monitor bookings schedules
-Invoice processing Virtual card payment process
-Directly Reporting to Reservation Manager
-work with multiple reservations at a time and need to be able to multitask.
-often work with multiple clients and schedules, so they need organizational skills to remember different
Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
-Non-executive specialized in Tourism Management or equivalent.
-Computer literate (Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
-Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays)
-Flexible - willing to work in any shift (Day shift / Middle shift / Night shift)
-At lease 3 years of experience working in a Travel agency as reservation staff/assistant
-Experience working in a BPO setup is a plus but not required
-Knowledgeable in booking systems (AMADEUS, OSCAR, etc.)
-Experience in data encoding
-Proficient in the English language and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to offer exceptional customer service.English Level
