• Job Description

  1)Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  2) Develop and implement quality control measures, including standard operating procedures, inspection plans, and testing protocols, to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  3) Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues.
  4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering, and supply chain, to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  5) Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions, to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  6) Analyze and interpret quality data, such as defect rates, non-conformance reports, and customer feedback, to identify trends and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  7) Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive and corrective measures to address quality issues and reduce the risk of recurrence.
  8) Monitor supplier quality performance and work collaboratively with suppliers to address any quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  9) Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality engineering, and propose and implement relevant improvements to enhance manufacturing quality.
  10) Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement within the manufacturing organization, promoting awareness and understanding of quality principles and practices.
