  • Job Description

    -Performs process validation and verification which includes operational, performance, and process performance qualification.
    -Make validation and engineering reports based on the overall findings of the validation process.
    -Make CAD Drawings for all medical production products
    -Perform and answer investigation requests received from QA-released NCR (Non-Conformity Report) related to the production engineering process.
    -Issue and revise standard operating procedures, QC flow chart, and production engineering regulations.
    -Performs Engineering Change Requests and makes PFMEA, 5M + IE to support risk analysis.
    -Issue Engineering Change Order.
    -Performs Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) related to PE or as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ・Must be a graduate of Engineering course preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
    ・At least one (1) year of related work experience 
    ・Knowledgeable on continuous improvement / KAIZEN
    ・Knowledge of CAD Software is an advantage
    ・Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications 
    ・Must have a high sense of responsibility
    ・Has good analytical, technical, and critical thinking skills

    <BETTER>
    ・A licensed Engineer is an advantage
    ・Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485) and quality process control is an advantage.
    ・Has working experience with Japanese manufacturing company
