  <Authority>
  1. Authorize to interact with customer as representative for quality.
  2. Authorize to lead IQA, evaluate its result as IQA and or as IQA audit leader
  3. Authorize to evaluate the Company's QMR as assistant to QMR.
  4. Authorize to judge the quality of produced products in every manufacturing process and decide disposition for non conformance.
  5.Authorize to judge calibration results and decide for disposition for non conformance.
  6. Authorize to decide for document control system
  7. Authorize to conduct training to IQA and product auditors.
  
  <Duties and Responsibilities>
  1. Established, implements and monitors annual departmental policies and report in Quality Committee.
  2. Participates, monitors and evaluated CAR/PAR/CI/NQR Activities.
  3. Handles customers complaints (local/outside Philippines) and deploy approved countermeasures.
  4. Establishes internal communications with the customers and within the department.
  5. Promotes , conducts and make report of Internal Quality Audit.
  6. Leads and monitors results of external audit, customer audit and supplier audits.
  7. Validates and monitors QA/Inspection requirements related to APQP or Process Change such as P-FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, limit sample generation.
  8. Supports in the implementation of Company Rules and regulations and its programs.
  9. Initiates the implementation of Statistical Technique Control for data analysis.
  10. Makes/ Approves inspection plan and checks result from every manufacturing process stage.
  11. Makes/ Approves calibration plan and checks result of test and measurements equipment.
  12. Approves/Decides the identification of inspection and measuring equipment.
  13. Confirms document control and quality record system.
  14. Ensures systematic maintenance and control of the Quality Management System.
  15. Reviews and approvals of inspection test and measurement equipment work procedures and work instructions.
  16. Responsible in sourcing of accredited laboratories for external calibration.
  17. Ensures proper maintenance and control of test and measurement equipment's and inspection jigs.
  18. Controls QA/QC process consumables items.
  19. Formulates and monitors the education and training plan for QA/QC personnel.
  20. Generates job description of QA/QC subordinates.
  21. Conducts training to IQA and product auditors.
  22. Performs other functions that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
