  <Authority>
  1.      Authorizes to interact with the customer as customer representative for quality.
  2.      Authorizes to lead Internal Quality Auditors, evaluate its result as IQA and or as IQA audit leader.
  3.      Authorizes to judge the quality of produced products in every manufacturing process and decide disposition for non-conformance.
  4.      Authorizes to decide for document control system.
  
  <Duties and Responsibilities>
  1. Checks and monitors the QA progress Status Chart and KPI Update.
  2. Summarizes the QA section Policy results and report the update during Management Review
  3. Leads monitors, check and evaluate CAR/PA/CI/NQR activities.
  4. Supervise Handling of customers’ complaints and deploy approved countermeasures.
  5. Validates and monitors QA related to APQP or Process/Design Change such as P- FMEA,MSA,SPC,PPAP, and limit sample generation.
  6. Supervises and Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of process patrol audit.
  7. Establishes internal communications with the customers and within the department.
  8. Promotes, conducts, and make report of Internal Quality audit.
  9. Leads and monitors results of external audit, customer audit and supplier audit.
  10. Supports in the implementation of Company rules and regulations and its programs.
  11. Confirms document control and quality record system.
  12. Reviews and updates QA related procedure and work instruction.
  13. Formulates and monitors the education and training plan for QA personnel.
  14. Generates and review job description of QA personnel
  15. Promotes kaizen improvement on the process and ensure its implementation.
  16. Reviews of data and supports in approval of Rework Instruction, Change Control, Abnormality Report and Special Concession.
  17. Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
