  We are a trusted Financial Technology service provider, committed to delivering reliable services to our clients. We are looking for a capable HR professional who can manage everything from creating internal regulations to handling recruitment and training plans.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  ・Manage all HR-related tasks
  ・Develop and comply with HR policies based on labor laws and regulations (beyond ・Employee Handbook, at Memo level)※IMPORTANT
  ・Create and manage internal regulations
  ・Oversee the entire recruitment process (job posting, interview scheduling, candidate selection)
  ・Conduct new employee orientation
  ・Develop and implement training plans
  ・Plan and execute employee education programs
  ・Handle payroll, social security, and labor-related procedures
  ・Facilitate communication with employees, resolve issues, and ensure smooth labor-management relations
  ・Issue company memos, offer letters, requirement letters, and employment contracts
