    <Job Summary>
    Perform functions related to human resources and general administrative affairs and ensure that the company policies, rules and regulations are well and strictly implemented


    <Report To>
    HR & General Affairs Manager

    <Supervise>
    Supervise human resources and general administrative processes to ensure efficient operation of the HR & General Affairs Department.

    <Responsibilities>

    ・Implement HR policies for hiring, pay, benefits, and training.
    ・Do background checks on job candidates.
    ・Prepare and approve employment contracts.
    ・Manage salaries, health insurance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG benefits.
    ・Handle employee leave (vacation, sick leave, etc.).
    ・Resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
    ・Help plan to improve employee relations.
    ・Communicate instructions and feedback to employees.
    ・Identify training needs for skill and career growth.
    ・Look for training options for employees.
    ・Prepare HR reports for company and government.
    ・Ensure monthly SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth reports and payments.
    ・Represent the company in employee welfare programs and community events.
    ・Keep HR information confidential.
    ・Provide office supplies and safe workspaces for each department.

    <Additional Responsibilities>

    ・Handle pre-employment applications and review results.
    ・Help with new employee orientations.
    ・Keep employee files (201 files) updated.
    ・Update employee training records.
    ・Review rule violations and recommend actions.
    ・Update files on DOLE rulings and inform departments of changes.
    ・Assist in payroll review based on performance.
    ・Process travel requests for meetings, conferences, and training.
    ・Organize company events and social functions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ・College graduate, preferably in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
    ・3+ years as HR Generalist, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
    ・ Strong knowledge of recruitment, contracts, compensation, training, employee relations, and benefits.
    ・ Familiar with Philippine Labor Law.
    ・Good leadership and people skills.
    ・ Able to communicate well with employees, HR team, and in meetings.
    ・Reliable and responsive to management.
    ・Can analyze information, present data, and gather data accurately.
    ・Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    ・Good English skills, both written and spoken.
