    ・Oversee operations in the plastic injection molding industry.
    ・Manage production processes, supervising 180 employees and 100 machines.
    ・Operate and troubleshoot plastic injection machines effectively.
    ・Set injection parameters and manage injection molding equipment with expertise.
    ・Apply material knowledge to manage material usage efficiently.
    ・Implement improvements in production metrics, including output, cycle time, downtime, and internal defect ratios.
    ・Develop and manage injection production plans and performance metrics.
    ・Oversee inventory management from incoming materials to finished goods.
    ・Ensure quality control and quality assurance in plastic injection molding processes.
    ・Present and negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Knowledge and Experience in Plastic Injection Molding and Overall Management of a Plastic Injection Factory
    1.Work experience of more than 10 years at a plastic injection molding manufacturing company.
    2.Management experience of more than 5 years in plastic injection molding (Production involves 100 machines and 180 employees).
    3.Operating and troubleshooting skills for plastic injection machines.
    4.Knowledge of injection parameter setting and injection molding equipment.
    5.Experience in material knowledge and material usage management.
    6.Improvement skills in actual production metrics (output, cycle time, downtime, and internal defect ratios).
    7.Management experience in injection production planning and performance management.
    8.Inventory management experience from incoming materials to finished goods.
    9.Basic knowledge of plastic injection molds.
    10.Knowledge and experience in quality control and quality assurance in plastic injection molding.
    11.Experience in presentations and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
