Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
• Launch and promote a carbon credit generation project in the Philippines through AWD (Alternate Wetting and Drying) implementation, including AWD promotion activities, training and monitoring farmers, and building relationships with government agencies, etc.
• Other new business development that contributes to expanding agricultural machinery sales and achieving carbon neutrality.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
•Bachelor‘s degree(at least)
•Majoring in agriculture is an advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience.
• Experience building and managing a team.
• Experience in either sales or agriculture-related work. If it involves contact with farmers, that's even better.
• Experience in Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) technology is an advantage.
• Experience in working for or interacting with a government agency is an advantage.
• Experience in planning and launching new businesses is an advantage.English Level
