Job Description
We are seeking a Japanese-Speaking Business Planning Specialist to join our team in Laguna. The ideal candidate will have strong Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above) and experience in business planning, preferably in the manufacturing sector. This position plays a key role in coordinating between teams and managing operational planning to drive business success.
-Develop and manage business plans, strategies, and forecasts for the manufacturing division.Coordinate with internal -teams and Japanese stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
-Conduct market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment to support business decisions.
-Prepare reports and presentations for management, ensuring clear communication between Japanese and local teams.
-Assist in the implementation of business strategies and track progress toward targets.
-Support cross-functional projects and initiatives in line with company

Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
-Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in business planning or project management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

-Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
