  As the Admin and HR Manager, you will oversee a comprehensive range of administrative and human resources functions. You will lead the team, support local staff, and ensure smooth business operations, positioning yourself as a managerial roles. Our current team comprises approximately 15 Japanese expatriates and 40 local staff members, with potential growth expected based on upcoming projects.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  
  ●HR and General Affairs Management:
  ・Recruitment
  ・Performance evaluation and promotions
  ・Handling warnings and disciplinary actions
  ・Managing contracts (including insurance)
  ・Organizing company events
  
  ●Labor Manual Revision and Update:
  ・Improving internal processes and documentation related to HR
  
  ●Leadership and Support:
  ・Leading the team as a potential future manager
  ・Supporting local staff and managing operations
  ・Overseeing and guiding time and attendance management
  
  ●Coordination and Support:
  ・Collaborating with Japanese expatriates and providing support
  ・Coordinating and supporting other departments
