    ＜Responsibilities＞
    In recent years, we have actively expanded our overseas business operations, including financial services in Thailand and Indonesia. As we embark on a new venture in the Philippines, we are seeking a key member to lead the business launch in collaboration with our Japanese team. As a Collections Manager, you will lead the establishment of an efficient collections system, manage the collections process, and oversee the collections team.

    ・Establishment and Promotion of Collection Systems
    ・Design and implement collections workflows.
    ・Analyze and improve collection methods.
    ・Develop strategies and processes to enhance collection efficiency.
    ・Create manuals and training programs related to collections.
    ・Train and manage staff for effective collections.
    ・Performance Management
    ・Set KPIs and regularly monitor and analyze collection efficiency.
    ・Prepare regular performance reports and evaluate results.
    ・Build and manage a knowledgeable collections team.
    ・Develop team members' skills and maintain motivation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    ・Bachelor's degree or higher.
    ・Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or credit management in the financial industry.
    ・Proven experience in process management and business improvement.
    ・Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
    ・Fluency in English and Filipino.
    ・Proactive and willing to take on new challenges in business startups.
    ・Strong communication skills to become a key local employee in the new company.

    ＜Preferred＞
    ・Experience in collections for Sangla OR/CR (motorcycle or vehicle collateral loans), preferably with Asialink or related ・companies (Cycle Finance, Global Dominion).
    ・In-house collections experience.
    ・Experience working in a Japanese company.
    ・Experience in launching new financial businesses.
    ・Knowledge of digital marketing and online channels.
    ・Ability to communicate in Japanese.
