  • Job Description

    ・Cost accounting of materials, labor, and expenses. （Cost analysis and preparation of cost asset documents）

    ・Use accounting systems to create balance sheets

    ・Prepare and submit reports and monthly profit and loss statements at the beginning of each month.

    ・Collect data including performance from each department for budget management

    ・Management of fixed assets and creation of related documents

    ・To prepare quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ・Experience in managing manufacturing costs (standard costs)
    ・have knowledge of the structure of an income statement and compile the necessary data.
    ・Having thorough knowledge of accounting general procedures in the Philippines（At least more 5years）

    <Better>
    ・Ability to use simple functions in Excel
    ・Experience using QAD accounting software

    ※No CPA Required
