• Job Description

  Acquiring new customers (car, truck & machinery) through various offline/online sales activities like Field Visits.
  Implement and Create sales strategies, promotions, business presentations to increase profitability.
  Collection of payment and security deposits from new customers.
  Provide customer assistance in navigating sales websites.
  Manage and coach team members —provide motivation and inspiration.
  Collaborate with other Department/Team to conduct projects and campaigns.
  Prepare and present Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports for Sales Team.
  Manage and assess profit & loss of the team.
  Other selectively assigned tasks by the Management.
