  • Job Description


    • Establishing and achieving the annual sales budget (in respect of units amount and profit) for each year thereafter, based upon the quantity target agreed with The head office
    • Reviewing and achieving the annual sales budget.
    • Establishing and managing the general condition and special condition of sales in regards to the proposal made by salesmen in order to reach such target within the guideline given by Executives.
    • Establishing and keeping close relationship with the distributors/dealers.
    • To obtain order and collect account receivable.
    • Establishing the strategy for prices, products, sales channels, sales staff, and sales promotion, campaign, incentive and the action plan by mutual consent of the Executives.
    • Executing activities, such as evaluation of sales force, market information acquisition and analysis sales achievement, sales channel development of action plan by mutual consent with Executives.
    • Executing arrangement, such as monthly sales meeting, half yearly meeting, yearly kick off meeting with the preparation necessary materials and data.
    • Reporting sales development and important market information a daily, weekly and monthly basis whenever necessary to Executives.
    • Executing the analysis, such as competitors’ price, discount structure, sales campaign, promotion incentive and new products.
    • Reporting statistics of Philippine market such as vehicle registration by categories and tire sales record by categories and tire market share by the brand and report to the Executives.
    • Reviewing the distributors / dealers profile at the quarter basis.
    • Establishing the personnel plan for sales force.
    • Establishing and controlling credit schemes for individual distributor / dealers.
    • Supervising and evaluating the job performance of salesmen, and report to Executives.

    SUPERVISION

    • Sales development (or achievement) by salesmen shall be analyzed and proper reaction or instruction shall be given to salesmen in a sales meeting by General Manager.
    • If payment manner of the distributors/dealers are not good, such distributors/dealers shall be reviewed for continuing business or stop by mutual consent with Finance and Operations Manager.
    • Establishing yearly events schedule and report to the Executives.
    • Other sales activities.
    • General Manager shall devote the while of his working time to the company and is not allowed, without special prior written approval from the President, to engage in any business activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (Master’s Degree is preferred).
    • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
    • Analytical and strategical thinking
