    The broker coordinator will expand the broker's sales channel by accrediting
    brokers and agents to sell CTP projects and increasing sales from the broker's
    network through client assistance and activities.

    ・Achievement of the sales target for the brokers network sales channel
    ・Recruit, train and accredit brokers and sales agents
    ・Attend to buyer-broker meetings, site visits and other requirements
    ・Prepare and document all broker related contracts and requirements
    ・Provide after sales service with brokers and their clients
    ・Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of recruitment and sales activities of brokers handled
    ・On time completion and submission of documentary requirements of the broker’s client

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor Degree
    -Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in excel, while working with data sets.
    -Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
    -Experience in a similar admin role.
    -Efficient coordinator with multiple brokers and agents
    -Highly organized in documentation
    --Willing to assign construction site at Cabuyao laguna
