  • Job Description

    - Defines section mid-term plan and budget to support company initiatives and goals,
    - Revises, analyses and designs framework for people services & development,
    - Reviews ER/IR implementations of more junior HRBPs to ensure high quality of executions,
    - Implements & reviews HR process together with CoEs to ensure likelihood of success of implementation,
    - Mentors/Coaches other HR’s in handling, responding to and closing the grievance/complaints within the company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Graduate of any 4-year course,
    - At least 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR,
    - Understand Business Acumen and Basics of Design Financials,
    - With strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment laws in the Philippines,
    - Fluency in English and Filipino is required,
    - Possess unquestionable integrity, empathy, excellent human relation and problem-solving skills.
