• Job Description

  · Prepare and maintain list of IT assets and monitor its movement;
  
  · Conduct and prepare inventory list on a monthly basis;
  
  · Set-up new pc, user account, user profile and deal with password issues;
  
  · Maintain and do preventive maintenance for desktops and laptops;
  
  · Support site office/s and staff with IT related problems;
  
  · Monitors and manage Software Licenses, computer systems and networks;
  
  · Install software on hard disk drives and replace computer parts as required;
  
  · Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
  
  · Test and evaluate new technology;
  
  · Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if applicable);
  
  · Prepare and submit summary list of IT assets in quarterly basis
