Job Description
Proficiently examine business systems, procedures and design improvements by leveraging both business and technology tools. Provides expertise in the analysis of all the production systems, applicable protocols and related processes. Evaluate aspects of business to determine what works well and what does not therefore require changes in the systems.Complaints Management / Issue Resolution:1. Resolving system related issues and concerns by applying the standard operating procedure in resolving issues.2. Conduct regular systems analytics to maximize effectiveness Effective Communication Skills:3. Collaborates with various Departments and units through regular discussions to have a better understanding on business process. 4. Effectively communicating any system changes or updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment within the organization.5. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. Needs Analysis and Solution Matching:6. Performing requirements gathering and analysis by interacting with executives, management, various stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs and to derive a solution.7. Provides existing vs. new system analysis and recommendations for systems acquisition to management andvarious stakeholders, and to gives support with technology in system planning and migration. Process Improvement:8. Proactive in analyzing current processes and identifying strengths and weaknesses.9. Participating in business process reviews to determine ways to improve the current process and develop optimization strategies.10. Designing, developing, and implementing process/system enhancements based on business requirements and needed. Project/Program Management:11. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and timelines are duly met.12. Ensuring proper documentation of projects/system enhancements.13. Proper handover and rollout of system enhancements with user. Governance, Control and Risk Management:14. Documents the data processing and report preparation through a comprehensive manual to ensure quick transition and continuity in case of extended leaves or resignation Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time
