    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintain and update office files and databases, overseeing office supplies and assisting the daily operations of the company.
    This includes tracking shipments and making sure no delays to avoid storage charges and must also help coordinate govt. agencies like PDEA in-order to facilitate faster releasing of shipments from Customs.
    - Must be highly organized, be able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, must be detail-oriented to manage daily activities effectively and must maintain the office’s confidentiality.
    This includes employee-employer concerns and most especially customers information.
    - A multi-tasker who can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    - Can do bookkeeping tasks such as preparation, filing and payment of monthly SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG reports. This includes preparation online and in eGov.
    - Can handle BIR payables thru Accounting firm counterpart communication.
    - Processes Business permit both for LGU and PEZA.
    This pertains to Annual Business Permit with LGU, Sanitary Permit with LGU, Fire Permit with LGU, Fire Permit with PEZA, Permit to Locate with PEZA and Occupancy Permit with PEZA.
    - Take control of scheduling the monthly Payables.
    This includes extracting and following-up service providers on billings, preparing BIR 2307 and asking Official Receipts after payment for Accounting purposes.
    - Take control of scheduling the monthly Receivables.
    This includes assisting the Sales Dept. in preparing and sending Statement of Accounts and Collection Receipts and following-up BIR 2307 for Accounting purposes.
    - Take charge of all applications and coordinate correspondence.
    This includes coordinating Accounting Firm, Legal Firms for any applications, Government Offices, Non-Government Offices as correspondence on any applications.
    - Acts as liaison officer e.g. process transactions with the service providers, bank and various government offices i.e., BIR, SEC, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, DOLE, BOC, etc.
    This includes applications like amendments to various govt. agencies (SEC, BIR, SSS, PHIC, PAG-IBIG, DOLE, BOC, etc.
    Import and export applications and renewals with the BOC.
    Service providers like Globe, PLDT, etc.
    Bank is RCBC.
    - Assist in the preparation of the Sales Invoices and facilitate sending to correspondence. Should match with the PO and DO and make sure that exact items are to be to send to customers.
    - Will be responsible for marketing tasks.
    - Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

  • 应征条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Admin roles.
    - Has experience permit processing
    - Has experience registration processing
    - High communication skills
    - Willing to work on-site in Cebu or willing to travel to Cebu if needed
