  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil marine construction and quantity surveying, preferable in a project-based environment
  - Strong understanding of civil marine construction principles, cost estimation techniques, and project management
  - Has the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
  - Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
  - Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player.
  - Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skill
