    The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity, further preparing them for higher level. This role involves identifying training needs, designing curriculum and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure they are align with the company's strategic goals.

    Ensuring that the organization and its employees adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. this role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to employees to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.

    DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Career Development and Succession Planning:
    * Initiate in creating individual development plans and career paths
    * Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and developing tailored development plans.

    - Training Needs Assessments:
    * Conduct assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees across various departments
    * Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand specific skill gaps and requirements

    - Program Design and Development
    * Develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to meet organizational and employee nedds
    * Design and create training materials, manuals, and online modules
    * Ensure training content is current, relevant, and engaging

    - Compliance and Legal Matter:
    * Develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
    * Implement and enforce compliance programs and initiatives across the organization.
    * Conduct orientation sessions for new hires on compliance policies and procedures
    * Coordination with head and legal consultant for compliance issues

    - Risk Management
    * Identify and assess areas of compliance risk within the organization
    * Develop strategies to mitigate risks and implement necessary controls
    * Work with other department to ensure compliance risks are understood and addressed
    * Investigate compliance violations and employee complaints, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
    * Attend and resolve employees conflict and compliance issues

    - Others
    * Reporting requirements from HO and YAS
    * Oversees other administration task
