  ・Sending of SOA to clients and recording of client remittances
  ・Preparing Creditable Withholding Tax report for auditor submission during the filing of audited FS
  ・Preparing weekly inventory report
  ・Receiving/coding of weekly proforma importation in QuickBooks accounting system
  ・Preparing importation for TIMTA reports: Annual Tax Incentives Report - VAT, Excise Tax, and Duty Based Incentives
  ・Preparing monthly VAT,Expanded Withholding Tax report
  ・Preparing quarterly Fringe Benefit tax report
  ・Preparing necessary journal entries and adjustments in QuickBooks for monthly BS/PL, checking accounting entries in QB
  ・Preparing BIR Inventory Listing report
  ・Preparing and submitting annual updating of books of accounts to BIR
  ・Checking, filing, and monitoring all used sales invoices, debit memos, and credit memos for submission to BIR
  ・Maintaining and updating the unpaid list of clients
  ・Preparing and sending original collection receipts to clients
  ・Reconciling client accounts, addressing invoice concerns, and following up on collections
  ・Assisting during scheduled audits
  ・Performing other duties as may be required from time to time
  ・Coordinating with the accounting team at the Cebu office via email and phone calls as needed
