• 工作内容

  ・At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
  ・Experience in all sections of QC: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (PQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and Customer Service.
  ・Familiarity with Process Mapping, 5 Why Analysis, 8D Reports, and Closed Loop Corrective Action Reports.
  ・Ability to understand technical drawings and schematic diagrams, including electronic components.
  ・Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, audits, and documentation.
  ・Proficiency in creating working instructions, limit standards, judgment standards, and procedures.
  ・With excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical reports (like 8D Reports) to customers and
  ・Strong leadership and supervision skills to manage a team effectively(You will be handle 11 staff members)
  ・Experience in workload management, delegation, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
  ・Ability to motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  ・Willingness to relocate if necessary (preferably from Batangas).
  ・7 QC Tools - Mainly Histogram and Pareto Graph
  ・Candidates should have skills and ability to make and interpret the data results using these two QC tools. Knowledge in all the 7 QC tools is an advantage.
  ・Knowledge in CPk data analysis
