工作内容
- Preparing and processing PEZA documents.
- Arrange Export Shipment
- Wide range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process.
- Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
- Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
- Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
- Fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments
- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time by top managements
资格
应征条件
<MUST>
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in import/export operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies such as customs authorities, PEZA, OMB, etc. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook英文
