  Many companies face inefficiencies of working with paper and other analog information. However, digitizing analog operations is not a simple issue. And in this age when information is extremely valuable, the importance of using information to create new information continues to grow.
  
  The Digitization Department combines the power of technology and human input to quickly and accurately digitize large volumes of analog information. This leads client companies to achieve greater operational efficiency and helps them to increase the value of their information.
  
  As an engineer in the Digitization Department, you'll be responsible for the following tasks and roles.
  ・Developing, improving, and operating new features in our digitization solutions
  ・Defining requirements, design, and development of highly abstract tasks
  ・Code quality improvement and productivity initiatives within the team
  ・Selecting various technologies and their implementation
  ・Full control and responsibility for problem solving, from requirement definition to implementation and operation
  ・Web application development as a full-stack engineer
  ・Quick decision making and high-impact work as a small team handling independent products
  ・Close proximity to users (operators) and quick PDCA cycle
  ・Quantitatively confirm the good and bad results of operational efficiency and quality improvement
  ・Experience the stability and product market fit (PMF) of creating a fundamental service, and the ability to respond to changing circumstances that occur during growth
