-Preparing necessary submissions for design approvals.
-The architect will also be responsible for recommending/designing alterations on a case-to-case basis based on actual or changing site conditions.
-Additionally, the Architect will be responsible for document control and archiving.

応募条件
1. Education: A degree in Architecture is required.
2. Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Basic Microsoft Office suite.
3. Communication Skills: Possesses strong public speaking skills and can effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Confident, collaborative, and easy to work/get along with.
5. Willingness to Learn: Open to learning and being trained in new skills and technologies.
6. Flexibility: Willing to travel for business purposes, if required.
7. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a real estate developer or Architectural Firm.
Other:
--- at least 2 years (min.) as Senior Design Associate (SDA)
--- at least with overall 12 years experience in housing/residential projects
--- with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical. Plumbing, Fire Pro) experience
--- licensed Architect英語
