【JOB SUMMARY】The New Development Account Specialist is responsible for driving business development and managing relationships with both new and existing clients and business partners in the Bicol region. This role operates under the close supervision of the Department Head or Team Head, focusing on promoting the company's products and services while adhering to profit goals and business plans.【Key Responsibilities】Client Engagement:・Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the Bicol region.・Ensure a good, profitable, and mutually beneficial relationship with clients and business partners.Business Development:・Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.・Generate new lease/loan business from existing and new clients while maintaining acceptable portfolio quality aligned with company profit goals.Collaboration:・Coordinate with team members, other departments, and business partners for assistance in fulfilling client transactions.・Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and business goals.Reporting and Compliance:・Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to management.・Ensure all transactions and related client requests are handled properly, following processes and compliance requirements throughout their lifecycle.Risk Management:・Identify and understand risks, executing actions to manage and control these risks as a frontline risk owner in the organization.Additional Duties:Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
