  Its primary responsibilities involve providing support to management in directly supervising the daily operations of the R&D Hardware and Technical Service within Electrical Engineering Team. It also entails a) collaborating with management to attain the company's objectives concerning quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement; b) Closely coordinating with fellow designers to create alternatives and options for advancing projects and products; and c) Assuming responsibility for tasks such as engineering documentation, estimation, and process enhancement.
