  1. Lead Sales Activities
  • Plan and execute strategic sales activities for pumps and related products, achieving sales targets in the Philippine market.
  • Build a stable revenue base through new customer acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct sales activities targeting Philippine, Japanese, and foreign companies, proposing solutions tailored to customer needs.
  2. Market Development and Business Expansion
  • Develop marketing strategies that consider regional characteristics, leading efforts to explore new business and market opportunities.
  • Support the transition to a direct sales system in the Philippine market, contributing to market share expansion.
  3. Replacement and Repair Proposals
  • Go beyond pump sales by addressing customer needs for equipment replacement and repairs, providing total solutions.
  • Offer proposals that minimize customer costs, building long-term trust and relationships.
  4. Sales Team Leadership
  • Train and mentor team members, enhancing the overall sales capabilities of the team.
  • Set KPIs within the team and maintain motivation to achieve targets.
  5. Coordination with Headquarters and Regional Head Office in Singapore
  • Collaborate with headquarters and the regional head office to facilitate smooth operations and align on policy sharing.
