  <Job Summary>
  The Information Technology Manager manages the overall operations of Systems Administration, Systems Development and Information Security Management. He/ She ensures high availability of all IT services and implements IT security and IT policies.

  <Responsibilities>
  ・Responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure, operations, controlling and maintenance
  ・Responsible for systems project management, business process design, development, continuous improvement and support
  ・Responsible for implementing IT security, taking into consideration the confidentiality, integrity and availability
  ・Ensures the department’s key performance indicators and business plans are achieved through controlling and monitoring of systems and operations
  ・Responsible for planning IT infrastructure
  ・Establishes IT Procedures and Policies based on Sojitz Corporation IT Security policy
  ・Responsible for logical and physical security of IT infrastructure
  ・Evaluates business requirements and recommends solutions, and automation, whenever applicable
  ・Provides tier two (level 2) user support and troubleshooting
  ・ In case of security incident/ information breach, the administrator reports to the management immediately
  
  
  <Additional Responsibilities>
  ・Manages a team of IT and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees.
  ・Leadership responsibilities, including carrying out of hiring process, departmental planning and directions and delegation; performance appraisal and disciplinary measures; resolving issues within the department
  ・Conducts in-house training and creates manuals, as needed
  ・Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
