    ＜Main Responsibilities＞
    ・Maintenance and improvement of production equipment
    ・Acting as the technical liaison with the Japan headquarters
    ・Providing technical training to local staff

    ＜Organizational Structure＞
    Currently, there are 3 Japanese expatriates. You will provide technical training to 10 local staff members.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -JLPT N2 above
    -Proficient in speaking and listening to Japanese.
    -Ability to read and write in Japanese without issues.
    -Over 5 years of experience in production equipment management (Maintenance and improvement) in a Japanese manufacturing company.
    -Knowledge of chemistry and electrical wiring is a plus.
