    Job Description:
    • Responsible for processing of Import documents at PEZA/BOC office.
    • Responsible in sending the shipping documents to concerned forwarder.
    • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing shipments, systematic maintenance of Import / Export files, records and processing of other related documents and permits.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    At least N3 JPLT level
    Any 4-years course graduate.
    Able to handle and supervise people effectively.
    Able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
    Knowledgeable on import/export transactions.
    With at least 1- year experience as coordinator between Filipino and Japanese customers, suppliers and service providers.
    Excellent in analytical skills and attention to details.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
