• Job Description

  • Maintains warehouse area by organizing floor space following the proper location of stocks.
  • Coordinates inventories or stocks transfer from one warehouse to another based on priority with related/concerned departments.
  • Ensures that all transactions are encoded accurately in the system daily.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy by conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances.
  • Meets high level of customer satisfaction through 5:00 PM turnover of quality goods/items to Dispatch Audit daily.
  • Ensures that all finished goods items that has second process are properly coordinated with Quality Control Department.
  • Ensures that all incoming local and imported finished goods has a sample submitted to Quality Control Department within 24 hrs.
  • Coordinates schedule of container bound to Cebu, Davao, Ilo-Ilo Plant with related/concerned departments.
