    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Oversee PSD operations, including repair, rework and ASC.
    • Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests regarding repair
    • Provide support and analysis for issues arising in manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field
    • Coordinate activities of service personnel
    • Provides mentorship ad training to the team

Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • Graduate of BS degree in Engineering or related field
    • History of training and developing a strong technical team.
    • Experienced in KPIs, data and metric development.
    • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
    • Extensive background in service
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook knowledge.
