    The Sales Engineer for the Residential Power Meter Device will develop new markets in the Philippines with Electrical Corporation. The Sales Engineer approach to the Electrical Corporation and promote Fuji Brand Power Meter. We built the business foundation of Power Meter and expand the business volume year by year.


    <Duties/Responsibilities>
    •Achieve the KPI(Personal sales budget, target strategy)
    •Contact to the PIC of Power Meter for the Electrical Corporation and promote Fuji Brand Power Meter.
    •Follow the accreditation process to the Electrical Corporation.
    •Develop and implement sales strategies/plans to achieve the Company’s target growth, sales and profit margin.
    •Conduct competitor’s analysis vis-à-vis FESP business in the territory.
    •Create new sales leads in the market, build channel base, deal with dealers, distributors and other channel partners, build relationship with OEM, consultants and contractors etc.
    •Be actively involved in commercial and technical discussion with customers, gather customers’ requirements, coordinate with factory on customers’ needs and submit solution proposal/s to prospects to maximize sales opportunities
    •Be responsible for end-to-end customer management and ensure the timely collection of receivables.
    •Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
    •Provides expertise and support to sales team to communicate products, services and client needs.
    •Actively involves in commercial and technical discussion with customers with the support of FESP Partners. Gather customers’ requirements and coordinate with factory on customer’s needs. Conducts solution proposal to prospects and maximize sales opportunities.
    •Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.
    •Prepares Monthly sales report for Management review.
    •Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or field related to products and services being sold is preferred.
    •At least three 3 of related products or sales experience required.
    •Possess the strong technical knowledge of Residential Power Meter.
    •Possess the strong relationship with the Electrical Corporation.
    •Proven sales track record in Power Meter Market.
    •Strong background in Power Meter Reading System of Electrical Corporation.
    •Candidates with Multi-National Companies experience is an advantage.
    •Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.) are preferred.
    •Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines.
    •Quick response and reporting.
    •Keep abreast of the industrial market trends.
    •Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
    •Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player.
    •Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    •Resourceful with the ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross-function teams.

    •Sales acumen and the ability to work effectively with the sales team to meet sales targets.
    •Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    •Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
