  • Ensure the presentability and maintenance of the sales pavilion
  • Prepare the necessary reports on the maintenance of the sales pavilion, such as
  but not limited to the site visits, inventory supply and the attendance of
  maintenance personnel
  • Prepare the necessary purchase requests for supplies needed for the
  maintenance of the sales pavilion
  • Assist guests/visitors of the sales pavilion and ensure that they have a
  comfortable experience
  • Assist the in-house sellers in providing sample computations, marketing
  collaterals and other pertinent sales and presentation documents
  • Assist the brokers, who visit the sales pavilion, by providing sample computations,
  marketing collaterals and other pertinent sales and presentation documents
  • Assist in the completion of buyer requirements (pre and post sale)
  • Prepare the necessary reports on the completion of sales and transfer documents
  • Assist in the preparation of events at the sales pavilion
