  • Job Description

    -creating and developing new products to meet consumer needs
    -contributing towards the planning, execution and monitoring of testing a product
    -redesigning and refining existing products
    -meeting with other departments to discuss product concepts
    -carrying out market research to analyse similar products and their functions
    -understanding the marketing requirements for a product
    -testing prototypes for functionality and longevity
    -creating engineering plans for new products
    -leading projects.
    -Contract job requests with Head quarter and be approved by Philippine site Div head
    -Manage Designers(Output quality,schedule,health,overtimework hours)
    -Report to the Management regularly (Task progress,Budget consuming situation,members health )
    -make future plan of Philippine site R&D with Management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in product design or a related field.
    -Strong leadership and communication abilities.
    -High technical skills related to design and manufacturing in the automotive industry.
    -Has experience with Autocad design
    -Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
    -Preferably resides in the Laguna area.
    -Willing to undergo training outside of the country.
