  Duties and Responsibilities:
  
  ・Supervise the Manufacturing Engineering team in resolving persistent technical issues affecting project timelines.
  ・Set up and repair machines, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
  ・Control departmental indices including Productivity (Labor and Machine) and Quality (Process and Standards) with cost consciousness.
  ・Identify opportunities for machine modifications and improvements to reduce downtime and breakdowns.
  ・Conduct meetings with team leaders and technicians to address departmental challenges and improvements.
  ・Identify opportunities for local fabrication of machines, jigs, and fixtures to reduce costs.
  ・Address requests and recommendations from other departments regarding equipment changes, modifications, and improvements impacting quality and productivity.
  ・Troubleshoot and repair major machine problems requiring detailed analysis and provide immediate corrective and preventive actions.
