    Responsible for overseeing the stock management and inventory control, ensuring stocks are accurately recorded and tracked, and inventory is efficiently managed.
    Responsible for developing and implementing inventory control policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that any discrepancies in the inventory system
    are investigated and resolved.


    1. Monitor and analyze inventory levels and movement trends.
    2. Develop, implement and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce cost.
    3. Accurately record and document inventory data.
    4. Assists in the process of ordering and replenishment of inventory items.
    5. Review inventory records and transactions for accuracy.
    6. Track inventory levels and report on any changes or trends.
    7. Prepare and submit reports to the Department Manager and Management.
    8. Keep track of stock movements, investigate discrepancies and identify inventory aging.
    9. Monitor and encode batch ticket issuance to the SAP system.
    10. In charge of the company's mid and end-year inventory count.
    11. Coordinates inventory reconciliation with Finance.
    12. Updates and monitors inventory of Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
    11. Monitors slow and non-moving FG and RM and coordinates disposition with the Technical Department.
    12. Generates Receiving Reports.
    13. Build and maintain solid inter-departmental relationships to ensure effective communication.
    14. Provide support to the Company's Internal policies and implementations on ISO related matters.
    15. Performs other duties as may be required by the superior to provide support to the company's operation exigencies.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    At least 3 years experience in Inventory management and Warehouse records control.
    Must be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Experience with software tools, such as SAP.
    Proficient knowledge of inventory management. Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills.
