Job Description
- Manage and assist the Finance & Administration Manager in overseeing the Accounting department.- Support the Finance & Administration Manager in providing timely and reliable reports to the President/Managing Director and headquarters (both periodic and ad-hoc).- Ensure compliance with reporting and payment requirements to government agencies, such as BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), local governments (Dasmarinas, Silang), and other relevant authorities.- Handle tax-related matters, including preparation, filing, and payment of taxes in accordance with BIR regulations.- Gather financial data and conduct analysis to provide accurate forecasts, budget reports, and cost analysis.- Monitor and control costs, and propose improvements to enhance cost efficiency in company operations.- Conduct internal audits of financial processes and transactions to ensure sound internal controls.- Continuously improve processes to increase team efficiency.- Develop and train Finance & Administration staff to work effectively.- Serve as the department’s representative to the ISO and EMS committees.- Other needed tasks.
