Job Description
Responsible for general reporting requirements of the Company.
Review of journal entries amount summary and attachments.
Check billings, attachments, and pre-approve of suppliers and sub-con requests
for payment prior to payment.
Prepares reports, working papers, and documents required by government
agencies while ensuring strict compliance with reporting requirements and/or
payment deadlines of entities that impose penalties on late and non-submission
of reports and/or payments.
Prepares monthly/quarterly schedule and Tax Returns (Withholding Tax,
Income Tax, VAT Return)
Checking of Contribution and Loan Payment after uploading to eGov payment
facilities.
Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
With knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures including
accounts receivable, accounts payable d financial reporting.
Familiar with Philippine Financial and Audit practices, standards, and
principles.
Sound knowledge of Philippine Taxation such as but not limited to preparation
of filing of tax returns, handling of BIR audit and tax claims.
Must be flexible and assertive.
Experienced in operating widely used computer software and accounting
systems.
Must be thorough and accurate, with good analytical skills, self-driven,
independent, and dedicated individual.
