    <Human Resources Support>
    -Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
    -Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    -Support HR-related administrative tasks such as employee benefits administration, leave management, and performance evaluation processes.
    -Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    -Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
    -Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
    -Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
    -Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.

    <General Affairs Support>
    -Coordinate office maintenance activities, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    -Handle logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
    -Support in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
    -Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    -Experience working in a Japanese company.
    -Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    -Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
    -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    -Can be start ASAP
