  1.Development and improvement of materials satisfying quality standards and low cost.
  
  <Duties and Responsibilities>
  1. Generate work plan corresponding with the R&D section policy requirements
  2. Generate education and training plan for all subordinates
  3. Include plans for other assigned task both internally and externally (APQP requirements, process problem, kaizen)
  4. Coordination of daily work within the R&D section and other relevant to the daily job assigned by the superior.
  5. Participation in the APQP meeting
  6. Perform the material development with FJ R&D section
  7. Monitor performance of newly developed material, existing material, chaned in material.
  8. Summarize the result of activities done
  9. Daily report to the R&D section head the result of assigned action item.
  10. Monitoring of process on-site and identify abnormality
  11. Monthly review the actions stipulated in the section policy
  12. Key process indicator of R&D section.
  13. Standization of result of action as per approval of entire company
  14. Revision of plans based on circumstance of aaction and result
  15. Continual education and training of subordinates
  16. Conduct kaizen
