• Job Description

  【Primary Responsibilities】
  ・Inspect facilities and systems to identify necessary repairs and ensure functionality.
  ・Supervise maintenance personnel to maximize efficiency and meet shift requirements.
  ・Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance projects for equipment and facilities.
  ・Coordinate with departments to ensure timely project completion.
  ・Prepare and manage documentation, including requisitions and purchase orders.
  ・Propose designs for machine modifications, facility updates, and new equipment.
  ・Address emergency situations to resolve immediate safety concerns.
  ・Estimate materials and equipment needed for projects to ensure timely completion.
  ・Maintain and replace tools and equipment to ensure safety and availability.
  ・Transport tools and supplies to job sites as necessary.
  ・Provide updates to the Engineering Manager on progress and operational issues.
  ・Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills.
  ・Be available for irregular hours and respond to emergency calls.
  ・Manage new machine setups, complex maintenance activities, construction projects, machine modifications, and ・CAPEX projects, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues.
  ・Monitor and control repair and maintenance costs; initiate cost-saving measures.
  ・Oversee renewal and compliance for DOLE-mandated permits (e.g., BFP, electrical, mechanical).
  
  【Secondary Responsibilities】
  ・Ensure timely completion of plant projects from inquiry to approval and scheduling to completion.
  ・Direct staff to address work orders, pest control issues, failed micro-test corrective actions, and government compliance.
  ・Monitor material and equipment inventory; oversee purchasing of necessary parts.
  ・Attend alignment meetings and stay updated on industry developments; incorporate advancements into maintenance programs.
