• Job Description

  • In charge of inventory and Monitoring
  - Monitoring of spare parts for utilization and for sales
  • In charge of collecting and filling of machine diagnostic reports
  - Machine Diagnostic Reports are the basis on making Purchase Request
  • Releasing of tools and spare parts for machine repair and maintenance
  • Provision of Purchase Request. Upon inventory all the needed parts and tools to be purchased should be sent immediately to Procurement Department.
  • Receiving of delivery, checking the quality and quantity of materials, spare parts and tools purchased.
  • General cleanliness and proper tagging of supplies inside and outside the warehouse.
  • Ensure that all materials has supplies in cases of emergency break down of equipment.
  • Ensure that all request are properly coordinated with the operations supervisors.
  • Keep warehouse office area clean and tidy
  • Other duties that might be assigned by the management from time to time
